1. Definition of the term

   1.1 TravelManiac s.r.o., no21188688, with registered office at Lublaňská 267/12, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, held at the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 398010,  is a registered travel agency providing services in the field of booking and selling travel arrangements and related services.

   1.2 Customer means any natural or legal person who uses the services provided by TravelManiac s.r.o.

2. Reservations and payments

   2.1 Reservation of TravelManiac s.r.o. services is valid only after its confirmation by the travel agency.

   2.2 The customer is obliged to make the payment in the amount and by the date set by TravelManiac s.r.o.

   2.3 Payment terms and payment options are listed in each booking and booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

   3.1 In the event of cancellation of the customer's reservation, the applicable cancellation fees are set according to the current price conditions of TravelManiac s.r.o.

   3.2 The possibility of cancellation and the amount of cancellation fees depend on the specific arrangement and are specified in the booking confirmation.

4. Changes to the reservation

   4.1 Changes to the reservation are possible under the conditions set by TravelManiac s.r.o. and may be subject to rebooking fees.

5. Responsibility

   5.1 TravelManiac s.r.o. is not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen events beyond the travel agency's control.

   5.2 The customer is obliged to take out suitable travel insurance if required.

6. Documentation

   6.1 TravelManiac s.r.o. will provide the customer with all relevant documents and information needed to make the reservation.

   6.2 The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the documents and information provided.

7. Trip cancellation by travel agency

   7.1 TravelManiac s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel the customer's trip in the event of unforeseen events or insufficient participation.

   7.2 In such a case, TravelManiac s.r.o. obliged to provide compensation to the customer in accordance with applicable laws and conditions.

8. Complaint

   8.1 The customer has the right to file a claim in accordance with applicable laws and conditions set by TravelManiac s.r.o.

   8.2 TravelManiac s.r.o. undertakes to properly and promptly deal with complaints.

9. Protection of personal data

   9.1 TravelManiac s.r.o. takes the protection of customers' personal data seriously and is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws.

10. Validity of the terms and conditions

    10.1 These General Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from the date of publication on the website of TravelManiac s.r.o.

11. general provisions

    11.1 Other provisions and conditions may be agreed between TravelManiac s.r.o. and the customer within a specific reservation.
